Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband beat me to filing for divorce and we live in Arizona. He commited adultry. Can I bring that up in family court to the judge even though I didn't file?

In Arizona, it doesn't matter which party files first, and it doesn't matter if either party commits adultery. Arizona is a no-fault state, so marital misconduct is not a factor in dividing community assets/obligations. I recommend you consult with an attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail.
