Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex husband is an ex convict with 3 drug charges in last year can I get it cou

My ex husband in 2002 served a year and half in prison. In the last year he has had 3 more drug charges against him. I currently have an order of protection against him for the kids and myself. I have letters from 2002 that he wrote to the children using very bad language and telling them to tell me curse filled sentences. The kids were 5 and 4 at the time. He also has a warrant out for failure to appear in one of those drug charges. He curses my kids out calling them every name in the book. He is mean to them. He hasnt responed to the change in visitation he was served by the sherriffs office. He wont show at court because of the warrant plus he never showed to our divorce hearing. Do I have a chance of getting the reasonable visitation changed to no visitation. He is emotionally, mentally verbally abusive to our children. Please help let me know if I can win and save my kids from his anger. He rarely even wants to see them He is 30,000 dollars behind in child support which I dont care about. He has even offered to sign over his rights because he doesnt want to pay child support.

You absolutely have the right to terminate his visitation rights, or to terminate his parental rights altogether. I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
