Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

DOES MY EX HUSBAND HAVE TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO CHURCH? iT IS STATED IN OUR DIVORCE DECREE THAT HE AGREES TO RAISE MY DAUGHTER IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH, BUT WHEN SHE IS WITH HIM HE NEVER TAKES HER TO CHURCH.

Generally speaking, he is not required to take her to church during his time unless this was a specific agreement. So long as he isn't taking her to church for a different faith, he is technically in compliance with the decree. You might want to consider offering to pick her up from him long enough to go to church and then returning her to him afterward so she can attend the services but without obligating him to take her during his time.

I guess I would need to know the EXACT language. PERHAPS you could argue he has the affirmative obligation. Most of the time, however, that language simply prohibits him from exposing the child to other religions.
