Introduction of new partner

In Arizona, when is it legally ok to introduce your children to a new girlfriend if you are in the process of a divorce? Will doing this too early hurt my custody case?

There are no statutes dealing with this issue. Each situation is unique, so you have to use your best judgment on when to introduce a new person into their lives. The kid's ages, the parent's attitudes toward each other, and the kid's ability to cope with the divorce are all factors to consider before introducing them to somebody new. Dating a person (unless a criminal or harmful to the kids) should have no bearing in your case.
