Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

A man is serving a jail sentence and his former spouse sues for full custody of their children. Is the man allowed out of jail in order to go to court to counter-sue?

A person should be able to file documents with the court from jail. They wouldn't "let you out of court" just to make a filing but they would presumably allow you to be escorted to the courthouse for any court hearings. Your best bet is to find a lawyer to file for you. Good luck!
