Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have been married for 4 years and we recently had a new home built but in order for us to get the loan I had to sign a quick claim deed. I objected at the time but to no avail. Now we are heading to divorce and I will be out on the street with my 15 yr old daughter. Am I entitled to half the money if he sells the home? Or if he stays does he need to give me money for the house? I am not on the title or anything else.

I would need to know more information, but there certainly are arguments that are available to you to seek a portion of the home's value.

Please come in soon. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Paige or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
