I am in the midst of a divorce the father of my step children never paid support and is 20k in arrears.
He has recently reappeared and is paying child support. Do I have any recourse for him shirking his duties?

I would need to know more. He's the STEP FATHER? Typically, a step Fathr would not have a child support obligation.
