moving out of state

I wont to move my children out of arizona and have notified my ex twice and no responce

YOu are subject to the requirements of A.R.S. 25-403 and 408(our relocation statute). If you provided notice pursuant to 408, then you can move temporarily if you are the sole custodian OR joint custodian with primary custodial rights. You must make sure you have complied. YOu may also petition the court to allow permanent relocation of the children.
