Pension Plan
In 1982 my divoce stated, I would pay my exwife a certain percentaged of my retirement from Mountain Bell. Mountain Bell no longer exists. I have just retired from Lucent Technologies, and will receive a pension. Am I obligated to pay my exwife a percentage from my Lucent Pension?

Under Arizona law, the portion of your retirement which accrued during the marriage is subject to division by Court order. So, the answer to your question depends upon a variety of facts. Please call to schedule a free apointment if you desire to talk through the issue further.
