Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Recently I was awarded sole physical and legal custody of my six year old son. Shortly after our trial, we moved to the next town over. My ex knows where my son goes to school, where his doctor is, etc... but I have not told her where my home is. She is now asking for it and I am reluctant to give it to her because of prior experiences. She likes to bring the police over and cause a big scene and disrupts my home and family. Do I have to tell her my home address? It does not say anything of this nature in my court orders. Thanks for your time and help!

No, I do not see any good reason why you would be obligated to share that information with her. Does she have visitation rights? If so, can you transfer your child back and forth in a public meeting place? That would be preferable given what you have said about her history if disruptive, troublemaking behavior.

Best of luck with everything!
