Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have sole legal custody of my twin daughters. Their mother has visitation every other weekend. During their visits they are being questioned, shown adult sex toys, exposed to inappropriate movies, etc. How do I go about getting her visitations supervised or taken away? This behavior is detrimental to their mental stability.

I recommend you speak with an attorney as soon as possible to discuss this situation in greater detail and to determine whether sufficient grounds exist to ask the court to modify the curren torders. You didn't indicate the age of your girls, but the approach may be different for small children than for teenagers.

You need to file a Petition to Modify, and perhaps as an emergency Motion. Please consult with us soon. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
