Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I'm trying to get my son's bio-fathers parental rights terminated he has had no ncontact with my son in 9 yrs and my other son 6 but he is trying to fight me on it. He has made no attempt to get visitation or pay child support even though he is court orderd. my oldest son is terrified of him.. So my question is what are the odds of him winning in keepin his rights?

You should file quickly! Based upon the circumstances as you described them, you should have a strong case. BUT, I WOULD NEED TO KNOW MORE. As one example, are you remarried? Are you doing this for a potential adoption?

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for termination. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
