Statute of Limitations for Paternity

I need to know if there is a statute of limitations in Arizona for rebutting the presumption that another man (my ex husband) is the father of my child.

Re: Statute of Limitations for Paternity

Thank you for your inquiry, though you did not indicate the age of the child. In addition, the process for establishing the biological father's paternity will differ depending on whether either or both "fathers" will consent to the paternity judgment. If you would like to discuss this matter in greater detail, please feel free to contact my office to schedule a consultation - (480) 792-9770.

Sincerely,
