Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am thinking of leaving my husband and taking my daughter to Kentucky to stay with my sister for a while. We currently live in Arizona. My husband has been violent in the past and has a very bad gambling problem. I have only told my sister about the abuse and the gambling I guess could be tracked by the bank account. He has made threats of hurting me if I try to leave him. I guess I just need some advice before I up and leave so I am prepared. Thank you for your help.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone. You should consult with us BEFORE you leave.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
