We can usually serve her even if out of the country. If we truly cannot find her, we could serve her "by publication".

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.

So long as you are still here, we are able to file in AZ and locate a server in her country. If we need to serve by publication, this is also an option if we cannot personally serve her. We also may be able to have her accept service. We offer free in person and phone consultations, please let us know should you have further questions or concerns.
