Do I have a case?

I was in a car accident involving with no insurance. I found out after

the accident the other party had no insurance. Do I have a leg to

stand on in civil court. There are lots of details that space does not

permit me to go into. If you can help with advice please forward it

advice is appreciated

Whether or not you had insurance at the time does not affect the outcome of civil litigation to establish fault for the collision. If you were not at fault, there will be no adverse consequences to you other than perhaps a penalty because you failed to have mandatory liability insurance. Whether or not the not-at-fault drive can recover from the at-fault driver is another question when there is no insurance.
