Oral Contracts
I gave household items to a pair of guys i worked with.They stated they will pay me for the items.I have a witness to this.As of this date 1/3 of monies owed have been pd and now i feel they dont intend to pay the rest.No monies have been pd for over 2 mo.What can i do?

Small claims court is designed to handle such problems.
