Process served?
If a Process server serves an individual, Is there a minimum age that the person served has to be? My next door neighbors child who is 13 was helping my 3 year old son, pick up some of his toys in the front yard was served by a process server.
I was wondering if there was a minimum age for the person given the paperwork.

Not only is the 13 year old too young, he does not reside with you. This is absolutely a bad service.
