Dear !

I'm US citizen.I'm married in Viet Nam since 2004. My wife has lived here a year and she has permernent green card for 10 years. So how long she can apply for US citizen?

Your facts are a bit unclear. If you mean that she has been living in the United States for one year as a lawful permanent resident, has a green card that is valid for 10 years, and obtained her green card based on her marriage to you, she could be eligible to apply for naturalization in 2 more years. She would need to show that has been married and living with you for 3 years, and that you have been a U.S. citizen for that 3 year period.

Please note that there are other naturalization requirements, including physical presence and good moral character.
