If you mean that she has been living in the United States for one year as a lawful permanent resident, has a green card that is valid for 10 years, and obtained her green card based on her marriage to you, she could be eligible to apply for naturalization in 2 more years. She would need to show that has been married and living with you for 3 years, and that you have been a U.S. citizen for that 3 year period.
