Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

I've a friend who is illegal allien for 10 years. When he plans to go here in United States, he use another name because he said it's the easiest way to enter the United States. I just wanna ask, is there something possible you can do regarding that situation if he wants to be a legal one here United States?
