Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
hi , I m removing the condition of my residence. I sent i751 form , and they gave me one year of extension. I'm still married but we don't love together since a while. They just sent me the i797 notice of action. It's a request for evidence of a good faith marriage. They want me to proof that we are living together.., What can I do now? do I need a lawyer for this?
