Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

married and still illegal

i am married to an american citizen for two years now. My wife is a native americain who has a problem with alcohol than i can't handle anymore, so we are not together anylonger. I have'nt been to any immigration process but now i start to run a tour company and any kind of legacy will help. what can i or should i do ? i entered the u.s with a tourist visa,decided to stay and always been working since and never been arrested or in trouble with the law. thank you.

If she didn't file a petition to sponsor you, you have no status with immigration and are just as subject to arrest as if you'd entered illegally. Since you've already split up and know the relationship will never work, I'd suggest ending the relationship and moving on with your life.
