You will want to set a consultation with an immigration attorney to review your situation. You wll want to have a copy of the I-140 filing, the receipt and/or approval, and a copy of the position description for the new potential offer.

Hi,

It appears that your I-140 has been approved, and I-485 pending for at least 180 days. If the new employer is offering employment in the same or similar occupational category, and an AC21 notification letter is submitted to the USCIS, it is perhaps possible for your I-485 to be approved even if the original employer revokes its I-140 petition.
