Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
life insurance beneficiary
I can not recieve my claim from my former husband's life insurance (I am the primary) until I get a copy of his mother's death certificate. I do not have this information. His sister who is the estate respresentave will not furnish this in a timely matter. How do I obtain this. Thx.

This can be obtained directly from the State Department of Vital Statistics.
