Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
Life insurance
I found a policy that my father purchesed in 1955 he passed about 10 yrs ago the policy was purchesed from washington national which became washington mutial who then sold it to monumental who claims no record found there fore it is out of benifit and will not pay the policy is in the amount of 2500.00$

See an attorney who specializes in "bad faith" claims against insurance companies for not paying benefits they should pay. I recommend Wayne Arnett in Arizona.
