Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona

Using Competitors Products

I run an automotive security company. I want to create a series of short videos to distribute on the Internet, showing how competitors products can be bypassed/defeated/removed. This will be for demonstration and comparison purposes. I understand the need for a disclaimer stating my lack of affiliation with the company, and that I will not be liable for anything, etc.

Could I face any serious troubles by doing this?

Thank you!

Re: Using Competitors Products

OK as long as (i) you aren't using the competitors' names in metatags to attract traffic to your Web site, and (ii) the materials are completely accurate. Best wishes,
