I'm looking to trademark a catch phrase. Can I do it if it contains the name of a product from a major fast food restaurant?

As a franchise attorney I have to say the answer is this. Not unless you want to get sued for trademark infringement. It's not worth it, believe me. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
