Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona

Trademark / Register

I need advise on how to protect myself from an organization that I belong to. I currently have the use of their (trademarked logos & business name). What rights do I have if I want to leave this organization but still want to use part of the name for my personal business name.

Re: Trademark / Register

You should consult with a trademark lawyer regarding the whole history of use of the trademark, the basis of your recited right to use the organization's marks, and the steps required in order to permit your ongoing use of the marks should you dissociate from the organization.

Best wishes,

We would need more facts in order to determine exactly what their TMs consist of, and what you want to use, and how. We can review the matter, research it and advise you for a one-time $325.00 hour's consultation.

Re: Trademark / Register

You will either need a License (permission) or operate in a market or industry which is wholly separate and distinct from the protected name.

Call or email for assistance.
