Employee Rights?

Does a company have the right to prohibit who a contracting company hires in Arizona?

Under most construction conracts you have the right to replace a non-performing sub. This might be a negotiated term of your contract; i.e. insist on this, or will not hire you. But, by law, if it's outside of the contract, then probably not.
