I am a middle manager at a non-union nonprofit in Arizona. Are there protections or rights that I have to protect me from unfair labor practices of my employer?

Employers often have employee policy manuals which define the rights and obligations of employees. Because it is difficult to determine what you believe is an unfair labor practice, it is hard to provide you with an answer. Whether or not an employer has an employee manual, the employer is governed by state and federal laws prohibiting certain discriminatory conduct if you meet the criteria as a protected class member and if the employer meets the size requirement to be governed under that law.
