Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

My wife is constantly getting bullied around at work. I have to take her word for it, but when shifts rotate, all employees get to have their hours change to that rotation.(IE: mammo tech works from 7-4, digitizing 8-5, etc) However where where she is placed she HAS to work 8 - 5. she gets made fun of at work, by employees, and her boss singles her out in situations and tells her its her fault when she wasnt even involed. Is there anything that can be done in this?

Thank you for the question. Unless they are singling her out due to her race, gender, national origin, religion, age, disability, because she raised concerns the company might be acting illegally, or because she refused to engage in illegal activity, it is unlikely she would have any recourse. Without knowing the underlying reason for the treatment, it is difficult to say whether your wife has any rights. It would probably be best to confer with an experienced employment attorney.
