Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Wrongful Termination In a Right To Work State?

I was employed by Arco/AmPm- I went to the emergency room last week because of a severe wound on my leg that won't seem to heal (ive had the wound for almost 6 mos) I was given a drs note to be off of work until 6/1. 6/3 would have been my 1 yr anniv. w/ the co. I would have been eligible for pd vacation etc. Yesterday I picked up a paycheck for the normal pay period. Today I was fired. I was told I was fired for 2 reasons. The 1st being due to my being off work on Drs orders. The 2nd is because my boss says he found a bag of marijuana that he says he knows is mine. I have not been at work since 5/24. Also I get drug tested 2x a month. The drugs were obviously not mine. I know this is a right to work state but thought that it was still unlawful to fire somebody because they were restricted from work due to Drs care. Any info you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank You.
