Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years living together for 1 1/2 years his grandparent own the home and my boyfriend pays the mortgage there is no contracts or rental agreements but his grandparents want me to leave because they say i can't be there cause i have children and i am not married and i am too old and want me to leave their grandson, they said i have 2 days to leave can they legally evict me on those grounds? and my just verbal warning?

No, they can't evict you on 2 days' notice. Go to any Justice Court and look at the AZ Residential Landlord Tenant Act for the law and rules about termination of a month to month lease. It seems to me that you are merely a guest of their grandson, who is the tenant.

Why isn't your boyfriend dealing with his grandparents? Is he using this as a way to break up with you, and not be the bad guy. Why don't the both of you rent another place? In general,

they would have to file a suit against you to get you out and then they have to give you a reasonable time to move to another place.
