Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

I am renting a home through a housing agency. The owner is making repairs to the home through a local contractor who has a key to the house. Niether of them are going through the housing agency and apparently think it is okay to enter the premises to make repairs without sceduling an appointment with us. They went into the house the other day without my knowledge, after I told them they need to make an appointment with me as I do not want them in the house without me or my spouse present. Can they do that?

The terms of the lease agreement you signed should address this issue, and will control. Generally, there must be reasonable notice given unless it's an emergency. That said, if the repairs can only be done during your working hours, the you should accommodate this schedule.
