Staff Infection while in the hospital
I was being treated for pneumonia, when I contracted a Staff infection in my scrotum, and ended up being hospitalized for an extra 2 months. This occured 2 years ago, is there any merit to a case such as this.

It is possible you have a medical malpractice case. This is not in the category of "mediation" but personal injury. There is a statute of limitations of two years. We can refer you to someone but call immediately, immediately. Or call another attorney immediately. One cannot determine from the limited facts here whether you might have a case, and you have waited a long time. Act immediately.
