Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arizona
injuried during surgery
My daughter with down syndrome had to have routine dental care done. Since she had to be put to sleep it was done in an outpatient clinic. Things went wrong in surgery with her breathing and she ended up in the hospital for 7 days. The doctors involved were very fauge on what went wrong. It happenend 2/3/2004 do I still have time to file a lawsuit?

You have 2 years from the date of injury or when you knew or should have known of the injury.
