Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arizona

misdiagnosis liability?

I was misdiagnosed by radiology dept of my local hospital and had to see a neurosurgeon(not covered by my insurance)and have stressful, painful tests until I found out later it was all a mistake. How do I get the hospital to pay for their mistake? Should I try to get $ for neddless suffering? Thanks

Hi,

Usually "mistakes" can be negotiated between the attorney and the hospital. Suffering does not have much value. Permanent injuries or broken bones have much more value. The only way to make a determination is to review all the medical records. If you want my help, call me at 480-219-9584.
