Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arizona

Pacemaker not needed

Pacemaker was given to a friend for feignting spells. He still feignts and the pacemaker technician told him that the pacemaker never even fired once since he got it a year ago. The Hospital at the time refused to let my brother get a seconf opinionm and had made sure the pacemaker was installed less then 24 hours later. The pacemaker technician was absoloutley amazed that he was not allwed to see a second Doc. The hospital itself threated him with a year of no driving and flying and a battery of tests if he did not accept there diagnosis. What do I do?? He drowned in medical bills for 2 years and now he finds out his heart was never the problem.

Re: Pacemaker not needed

If he is serious about making a malpractice claim, he can contact me to discuss his rights. The claim must be made within one year of discovery of the malpractice. He must have a doctor's opinion that malpractice occurred and that he was harmed by it; he can't file a case without such testimony. If he meets these requirements, have him contact me.
