Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Car Accident Civil Suit

My life just changed dramatically when I was struck by another driver in an accident. My car is completely totaled, and I have yet to get a rental from the insurance company. Yes, I have injuries, but my biggest concern is now I don't have a car, how do I get to school? I am a full time student and don't have time for a full time job, let alone transportation to get to a job. My question is, do I have any rights to a civil suit to sue this guy if I don't get enough money from the insurance company for a new car?

Re: Car Accident Civil Suit

It sounds like you have an excellent claim, but should consult with an attorney regarding the case immediately before speaking further with the insurance company. Time is of the essence in thiese matters, do not delay. Police reports need to be ordered, perhaps photos taken, and insurance companies often do not treat you fairly without legal counsel. Also, you will not know how to work the various insurance coverages that may be involved.

We offer free, no obligation consultations in injury cases, and have 30 years experience in handling auto cases.
