Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

my daughter was playing at the park yesterday, and she sat down on the metal picnic table and felled thru and and busted the outer side of her right leg,and scared her right side buttocks, the police says that they hasd a similiar accident the day before and that area should have been roped off but it wasnt.she ended up having to get 10 stitches in and 18 out and she have not beeen to sleep and is still in a lot of pain. i do have pics of her wound but none of the table because they had removed it by the time we had gotten back home,so do we still have a case without pictures of the table,so what should we do?

You should contact the city as soon as possible to notify it of your daughter's injuries and to set up a claim. Provide the city with a copy of the police report, and note all witnesses.
