Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

How (and is it possible) to fight this lawsuit?

Well, to make this short, my parents are being sued for an automobile accident that my younger (minor) sibling was involved in. The person who is suing us, her injuries went from a sore fore arm to being permanently diabled. She want's more than what the insurance is settling for and has filed (I think) Tort Motor Vehicle and Certivicate of Arbitration. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you for you time and effort.

If your parents have insurance that applies to the accident, just send the summons, complaint, and anything accompanying it to the insurance company. One of the protections of the policy is a defense against suits.
