Re: cancel my broker agreement

Do you want to take the house off the market or do you want a new Realtor? If you want a new Realtor, then tell your new realtor to help you cancel the listing agreement you have with the current Realtor.

If you want to take the house off the market, then contact your current Realtor's boss. You can find your realtor's boss by going to:

Look up your Realtor there. Then click on the Realtor's employer link. Then look for the person listed as the "Designated Broker" Call the Designated Broker and tell him/her that you can't get in touch with your Realtor and that you want to cancel your contract. He/She should be able to help you.
