Friend wont pay me for my house we sold

I needed a loan to fix up my home so a friend talked me into a quick claim to put the house in his name to remodel and sell and was aggreed that i was to give him 20,000.00 for his help in repair of my home , now the house has sold and he wont pay me for what i owned in which was mine for 15 years and i have proof i was broke and needed to sell it now i have nothing, please help me , thanks.

You will have to bring suit against your "friend" and prove what your agreement really was. You should obtain a lawyer and act promptly.
