FRPTA Tax

What form needs to be filled out to get a refund for FRPTA tax that has already been paid? Foreign Nationals sold a house in Arizona for $159,000 where the buyers live in it as their primary residence. The title company sent the required FRPTA tax to the IRS but now, it should be sent back. What next?

You will take care of it when you file your annual 1040 with the IRS or whatever form you use. Your CPA will know what to do.
