Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My husband and I purchased a home in AZ in 2009. We have taken title as tenants in common with right of survivorship. I am not sure if we made the right choice. I am having a hard time telling the differnece between community property with right of survivorship and joint tenancy with right of survivorship. When one of us dies, we would like the ownership of the property to pass to the surviving spouse without having to go through probate. We would like the tax basis for the entire property to be updated to the date of the first spouses death. Did we make the right choice? Thank you for your help.

No, you need to file another deed. But it's not that easy.
