I am a new landlord and rent my home in arizona. I submitted the original contract to the tenet and they have not returned it back to me yet. so i have not signed the contract. would this be a legal contract if my signature is not signed? also do i have to disclose that my home was in chapter 13?

Re: new landlord

No, you have no contract if they have not signed. And technically, your failure to mention that you are in Chapter 13 could give them a reason to back out even if they had signed a contract--you certainly need to disclose your ownership and any income you might receive to the bankruptcy court also.
