Your Landlord is required to serve you or post in a conspicous place (usually your door) a Notice to Pay or Quit or Intent to Evict within a reasonable time or as required under the law whereever you live to satisfy due process and equal protection rights you have under the state and Federal Constitutions and statutory law and procedures.

The landlord has no right to go upon the property you possess/occupy and remove you without a valid court order.

Cordially,

Randy D. Lang
