Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

If a person or company enters a judgment on a property, can they enter into litigation any paperwork that is not original copies? (and signatures)

Sure, especially if that is all they have. Originals are always better if you have them but if not copies can be submitted for consideration in legal proceedings.

Yes, photocopies are acceptable in litigation.
