Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Quit Claimed out of my home

I was broke and had a nice home that needed some repair to bring it up to market value, i needed a loan but i couldnt get one having a 0 credit rating , a person said they would help but to get a home improvement loan i would have to quit claim them my home and when they got the money the home would go back to me with another quit claim well they didnt do that because now they say it would be fraud , instead just to do repairs and pay them a price for their time and labor with the repair so we agreed on what was to be paid, the house sold the money went to all the creditors and everyone except for me the original homeowner for 15 years , i got nothing , is there anything that i can do, this person has taken everything i had to my name.
