Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I have a real estate agent collecting rent for me on a house I own in AZ. The contract is for 2 years. The renters have contacted me thru my neighbor and are interested in buying my house.

My question is - will I be obligated to the real estate agent if I decide to sell this property before the 2 year term is up?
